Meet Tina

Hi, I’m Tina—the intentional, nourishing, creative face behind Seasons with Tina. I’m a certified Ayurveda and yoga practitioner and a lifelong student of seasonal living, ritual, and deep nourishment. Growing up surrounded by nature—and still calling it home—I’ve spent nearly a decade guiding women to slow down, listen inward, and embrace life’s natural rhythms.

I live by simple, soulful practices. My daily Abhyanga, yoga, meditation, long baths, and playful moments in my garden and kitchen anchor my self-care.

I cherish the little things: family, a well-worn journal, homemade meals, seasonal teas, nature’s embrace, music, poetry and philosophy. These treasures have transformed my life, teaching me that aging is natural and that loving life means doing less and often nourishing more.

Through our previous space, Yoga Attic, I have hosted over 650 retreats, circles, and group gatherings. I have also led Alive—a yearly community offering through chapters—from 2019 to 2023, and since 2020, I’ve made it a daily routine to wake up with the sun and lead you in simple 30-minute sessions (Daily Awakenings). I believe in rhythm, in simplicity, in authenticity, in the long term focus and in carving out gentle time for self and practice. I have witnessed time and again the transformative power of community and creating space for our humaness—and I believe in it so much.

Seasonal Alchemy is my greatest dream come to life—a program to be experienced, a journey that weaves together the elements for transformation, deep self-connection, and alignment with nature. My goal is to make you feel seen, supported, and inspired as this program taps into your inner wisdom and aligns you with the beauty of the seasons.

Important Note: Accommodations for your 2-night retreat are priced at $450 + HST and will be booked separately with your hosts at Anuapaya in accordance with Ontario regulations. Once you secure your spot for Seasonal Alchemy, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to book your accommodations. Please note that payment for accommodations is required immediately upon booking.

The retreat includes a two night stay at Anupaya, vegetarian meals, an opening ceremony, yoga, meditation, breathwork, ritual, workshops, silent time in nature and more. The retreat does not include transportation or travel insurance.

This journey asks for your full commitment—deep transformation takes time, and space is limited. Enrollment for the first season (June 2025) is capped at 16 participants. After that, enrollment will close, and remaining applicants will be placed on a priority waitlist for the next season. We believe in moving slowly and with intention; therefore, enrollment happens at most three times per year and probably only once in 2025.
