Dusk & Dawn is your invitation to reclaim this flow—whether you’re rising with intention or unwinding before bed. This daily ritual weaves together movement, meditation, and journaling, creating a grounding practice that aligns with the cycles of your body, mind, and the world around you.
Dina-charya
(pronounced DEE-nuh-CHAR-ya)
is an ancient Ayurvedic concept meaning “daily routine” or “life’s rhythm.” It refers to the practices that align us with the natural flow of life, honoring our body’s needs through intentional habits and rituals. When we attune to these rhythms, we cultivate balance, vitality, and inner peace—moving through our days with greater ease and harmony.
In Ayurveda, both dawn (6–10 AM) and dusk (6–10 PM) are Kapha times—periods of steadiness, slowness, and grounding.
Dawn can feel like heaviness in the body, a sluggish mind, or the desire to linger in bed, but it also holds great potential. Movement at this time helps shake off inertia and align with the fresh energy of a new day.
Dusk mirrors this in a different way. As the sun sets, Kapha invites us to slow down, exhale, and prepare for rest. This is when we naturally crave warmth, comfort, and stillness—a time to reflect, release, and create peaceful closure before sleep.
Our 30-minute practices are designed to bring balance and harmony to these sacred transitions. Whether you join us live at 6:30 AM or practice on your own in the evening, this is a way to honor what your body naturally asks for—gentle movement to awaken in the morning and grounding stillness to unwind at night.
The Rhythm of Dusk & Dawn
Dusk & Dawn follows a 4-week cycle, gently guiding you through the natural phases of the moon. Each phase invites a different energy—a moment to reflect, take action, celebrate, or release.

We meet live at 6:30 AM (ET) for the first five days to anchor your practice. Then, for the next three weeks, we gather on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays—giving you time to integrate, reflect, and move at your own pace.

Meet Tina
Hi, I’m Tina, the founder of Seasons with Tina, a space to help you move with your natural rhythms, embrace life’s transitions, and find ease in the everyday.
I’m certified in Ayurveda and yoga, and after teaching and hosting for the past nine years, my greatest gift is bringing elements together, meeting the moment, and holding space—creating a nurturing environment where you can truly connect with yourself.
Through our Dusk & Dawn practice, I’ve seen how transformative these daily rituals can be.
It’s a rhythm I return to—a practice shaped by years of study, exploration, and shared experience. It’s a simple ritual, yet one that continues to evolve, just as we do.
I love waking up with joy, presence, sharing this practice live, and seeing how it brings clarity and peace to your day. And just as much, I treasure knowing that these rituals can gently tuck you into bed, leaving you grounded and at ease.
My mission is simple: to guide you back to yourself. Because we all deserve the space to be held, to grow, reflect, and shine.
