about

An Anchor in All Seasons

There’s a moment when you realize: life has been so full of doing, giving, and holding that you’ve quietly drifted away from yourself.

You love deeply. You show up fully. And yet, somewhere along the way, your own care got left behind.

Seasons with Tina was created to bring you back.
Back to your body.
Back to your breath.
Back to the rhythms that restore you.

Rooted in the wisdom of Ayurveda, yoga, mindfulness, and nourishing food, this space invites you to remember what it feels like to move with intention, to rest with permission, and to rise with joy.

We offer more than wellness practices—we offer a way of living that aligns with the changing seasons of your life. A way that’s soft, sustainable, and rooted in deep self-trust.

This isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong.”

This is about remembering what’s always been there: you.

Founder. Mother. Space Holder. Seasonal Living Guide.Founder. Mother. Space Holder. Seasonal Living Guide.

Hi, I’m Tina

Mama to two radiant little ones, nature lover, and firm believer that the small things—tea at sunrise, a moment of stillness, a warm meal—are the real things.

Over the years, I found myself navigating the same pressures many of my clients face: caring for others while quietly disconnecting from my own needs. My journey through yoga, Ayurveda, and seasonal living didn’t come from a desire to master wellness—it came from a deep longing to feel like myself again.

And now, through Seasons with Tina, I get to hold space for women to do the same.

My work is about more than teaching. It’s about walking with you.

With curiosity, compassion, and care.

With rituals that nourish and teachings that stick with you—on good days and hard ones.

I’m not here to hustle you toward a better version of yourself.

I’m here to offer practices, rhythms, and community to help you reconnect with the version that’s already whole.

Tina

What Makes This Space Different

A Rhythmic, Seasonal Approach

We don’t believe in constant growth or relentless productivity. Just like nature, we move through cycles—and our offerings honour that. We support you through the phases of rest, bloom, retreat, and renewal.

Radical
Self-Acceptance

We’re not here to tell you what needs fixing. We meet you where you are—with softness and honesty. Aging is natural. Change is expected. You are not too much or too late. You’re just right.

Everyday
Integration

This work is meant to fit into your real life. We help you create a rhythm of self-care that feels nourishing and doable, no matter what season you’re in.

Live, Personalized Offerings

We value presence. Our sessions are offered live (with recordings available), so you’re not alone on this journey. You’re seen, supported, and part of a living community.

Community-Centered
Care

We believe in the healing power of connection. This space is a homecoming—for women to feel held, heard, and reminded that they don’t have to do it all alone.

A Ritualized
Lifestyle

Whether it’s a moment with rose tea or stepping outside at dusk, we show you how to infuse your days with small rituals that add depth, meaning, and peace.

Why We Do This

Because you deserve to live a life that feels like yours.

Because slowing down is sacred.

Because your body, your heart, and your time deserve reverence.

At Seasons with Tina, we’re not offering a quick fix.

We’re offering a homecoming.

A long-awaited breath of self-care.

A soft place to land—and rise.

Not just wellness.
A way of being.
